1955 Peterborough Cedar Strip 8

1959 16-foot Peterborough Cedar strip boat with 1959 35 Hp Johnson Motor. Boat was stored in a garage for 40 years. I extended the Transom and a 20 Hp Mercury with remote Start and Control was installed by Ward Marine in 2025. The Mercury has less than 50 Hours and the Boat was used 5 times including on the Rideau Canal and around the Thousand Islands. The original 1959 35 Hp Johnson had the Impeller changed, oil drained and refilled, a new Ignition switch installed and tested. The original wiring and Solonoid may need to be replaced ,Carburetor was cleaned but may need overhaul. It has a 2025 Battery. The Boat trailer was overhauled, all new Lights and new Wheels and tires and Spare. This Peterborough is ready to go with the Mercury Motor. The 35 Hp Johnson is ANOTHER PERSONS project.
